How to be a relaxed over-achiever: Reconnecting with the big picture

Monday, 8 October 2007 09:00 -16:00

State Library of Victoria

This workshop is designed to help participants deepen their
self-awareness around personal responsibility, choices, priorities
and values. Presented by coach and trainer Geraldine Barkworth,
it aims to help library and information professionals to be
productive and relaxed at the same time, rather than being
swamped by workplace demands. Participants will learn how
to achieve a better work/life balance, manage time, improve
relaxation skills and create a change-management action plan.
