ALIA National Library and Information Technicians Conference 2007
This free session is open to ALIA and teaching institution
representatives, and others by invitation. The forum aims to
finalise the work begun in 2006 on developing the model
for ALIA recognition of library technician courses. It will bring
together technician educators and other stakeholders to discuss
education of library technicians in the 21st century. Invitations to
attend the forum will be issued in late May. Participants will be
required to complete some preliminary work prior to the forum.
